Post Advertised prices must include VAT - Notice for all

Prices on all goods and services aimed at retail customers (non-trade) must show an all inclusive price (inc VAT).

This is a legal requirement (REF HMR&C).

This is so prices are transparent to customers. Our prices shown are all inclusive and always have been.

We also do not surcharge for credit card payments or PayPal.

As a consumer I hate hidden charges, the price you see is the price you should pay, so I have ensured that this has always been the case with Aztec Performance.

here here, nothing more frustrating that adding goods to the "cart" and checking out to find a 15% hike on it.

I'd also ask that prices are up to date and not from several years ago.
"Not having time" to update website prices is a pretty pathetic excuse.
Even showing the right item might be a step forward

Not mentioning names, but a Hyperflow wing mount intake advertised as £170 inc VAT (picture of APS unit) then grows to £215 ex VAT is taking the pi$$.

It's hard to keep up with the falling value of the pound vs any currency you choose !

only applies to outfits that dont actually hold any stock doesn't it?
Those that hold stock on the shelf have already fixed the outlay.

The VAT threshold for mandatory registration is so low that any legitimate full time businesses will likely be over that threshold as it works out at just £210 of turnover a day.
