Minor paintwork repair in Herts

Some git has kindly scraped some paint off my rear bumper in a car park. Nothing major, but a bit depressing on such a new car and I'd like to get it fixed.
Anyone know of somewhere in Herts who can do this? Preferably without having to remove, strip and respray the entire rear bumper!

There's an excellent guy that Ive just used to touch up stone chips on my P1...He's a "Smart Repair Specialist" and it's his own business not a franchise.
He currently works around the St Neots Cambridge area but when I was talking to him he said that he wanted to extend the business into Herts...
