PLEASE HELP
Hi People.
I am picking up a 1998 impreza turbo on saturday. Can anyone tell me if there are any reputable Subaru specialists in East Yorkshire or North Lincolnshire? I am going to get the cambelt changed, more for peace-of-mind as it was last done in 2001? Subaru's quotation was ridiculous, I am no mechanic but from what I have been told it is a fairly quick job!
Also, will the tensioner need changing - the engine has only done 44K so I didn't expect it would (piston slap in 2000)?
Any help will be gratefully recieved,

Subaru Service Centre in Sheffield come highly recommended. Jeff and Dean are both ex dealer technicians with 20 years experience; and theyre extremely reasonably priced.

Mike, there's Welptons at Hessle (Subaru main dealer) if maintaining the Subaru service history is important to you, this will not be cheap. If not then pm me, I can put you in touch with a local garage that most of Hullscoobs use, who will do the work for a lot less
