na, you see this is the Orciary spoiler which is smaller then the original plus it has the brake light at the top of it, not the bottom

I looked around and the one on my old Type R was from Jap Innovations its kin huge and a very very good copy of a 22b one

 

but it costs arm in the leg

anybody has it? looks pretty nice and priced fair, but I don't know if the top piece is adjustable or not

 

Just out of interest how much are pow-r asking for that wing?
