nightmare!! we can empathise with you David our system went down a few weeks ago and BT's fast business response took over 5 days to get out to us!!!!!! we missed out on loads of calls and ended up with a few unhappy customers that we had to explian the problem to.

Thanks mate, We have a Siemens system and the processor has been making a slight buzzing noise for a week or so. It annoyed the hell out of my wife who sits nearest to it. The usual deal is turn off the mains count ten turn on and presto all the world's l'lls are cured instantly.......

Turned it off - didn't come on again.

Talk to the Siemens guys. " New battery pack minimum £609.00 + £400 to call out and fit. 'Probably' needs a new processor £263.00 and a memory card £165.00.

Why don't you buy a new system we can do a new one for a bit more than that? "

A new system took 4 weeks to get the bugs out and get working properly last time. I'm hoping that just a battery pack will fix a previously, perfectly good system.

3 Days of missed calls or a month of grief, what a choice !!
