ppp on wrx bug eye
Does it vastly de-increase the fuel consumption ???
Where could i get the ppp fit locally and how much does it cost??

It won't vastly increase the mpg, depends on how you drive it.
The only place to get it fitted is your local Subaru dealer for £1600.
If the car is out of warranty, a better bang per buck is an ECUTEK map and a full decat.

When you are not putting your foot down, i reckon that it actually improves your MPG - better low-end torque means lower revs and a smoother pull without all the fuss.
Obviously if you are lead-footed, you will burn more fuel - but with a bigger grin factor all round, which compensates
