While on the way back from work, my wife's MX-5 was hit by a white van. She pulled over and exchanged details with what seemed to be a very decent person...

She got a quote from the garage, £295 for a bumper re-spray, and sent it off to the Insurance Company with a claim form. Everything seemed to be going okay until the tw*t decided to come up with some story about another car hitting him from behind and then his van shunting into her. This dragged on for months and finally due to a technicality the insurance company closed the case!

It was looking like we were going to have to fork out for the full amount ourselves, but I had the sense to have a chat with Chris at Little Knocks. He took one look at the damage and said that he could sort it out for us.

I dropped the car off on Saturday and picked it up on Monday afternoon. He's done a superb job and the price was well below the ridiculous quote from the Insurer's garage! The car is back in showroom condition and my wife couldn’t be happier.

If you live in the South East (or even if you don't!) it is definitely worth getting a quote from these guys before you go out and blindly spend two or three times the amount of money elsewhere.

Not only is Chris honest and reliable, but he and his team are obviously very good at what they do...
