Where can I get this spoiler?

Any ideas where I could get this spoiler or one like it? It was originally available as an option when buying your 5 door non Turbo Impreza in 1995, would the dealers still be able to supply these and how many figures would be on my cheque?!
Also, is this spoiler the same as that found on the Turbos?
