Just to let you know that following discussions with Mark Underwood (aka Wax Wizard) Scoobyworld are now the only authorised UK supplier of Swissol car cleaning products for the Subaru range (Mark Underwood being UK distributer.

Most of the products are now listed on our web site for online purchase and we'll be expecting the first delivery of product from the Swissol factory fairly soon.

I tried to buy some wheels off Scoobyworld recently but couldn't get through on the phone (8 attempts) and got no reply to two emails. Its like you just didn't want my money - what's that about?

 

Well I've got through every time when I enquired about and then ordered 4 tyres so I was happy with that level of service.

I am sorry to hear that you have been unable to get through. We have been experiencing a high volume of calls and emails as this has been a very busy time of year for us, we are in the process of taking on new staff to cope with this.

We also have a backup voicemail system which cuts in immediately if we are on the phone, did you leave a message?

We turn emails around within 24 hours but we do receive a high volume of them every day.
