Yep. Not bad when things go ok, but if you have any problems, don't expect them to be helpfull. Bought a car from them and had services there. Put up with shoddy service for a while. Won't go back again.
Not a great deal of choice in Swindon.
I found TH White in Cirencester to be quite good

Cheers medders,
Think I'll try elsewhere. Are TH White a Franchised dealer?
I need a 45K cambelt change and of course want it as cheap as poss, Franchised dealers seem to charge approx £500 for this one.
Have you looked at Simpsons? I think they're just outside Swindon.

I moved my servicing from the horrors in Bristol to Simpsons
at Highworth.
Nice people with good attitude
My 45k camblt service just done by them
no probs, and SIDC discount on parts and labour
What more can a boy want !!

Funny - I've gone the other way. Used to use Simpsons but now use Tileys. Had a couple of things that rather dented my confidence in Simpsons (they're all a good friendly bunch though!!). Had no probs with Tileys - generally very pleased with them. What probs did you have with them?
As for DHCars - I've been in there a few times looking at imports. Can't comment on their servicing setup but the sales bloke I spoke to did seem to think that he was Lord God Almighty and that he was doing me a great favour just talking to me. Hmmm, car salesman.....hmmm...

Decided to try DH cars. 45K for £350 with a courtesy car seemed good but time will tell after next Monday.
I have heard that after a service the difference in performance is very noticable. Any truth to this rumour?

Well I tried them and all was well. The bloke I dealt with was a bit stuck up but he did drive my car away and deliver it back to the front forecourt rather than "it's round the back mate". So a nice bit of service doesn't go a miss.
I'd take my scoob back there - seem to have done a good job.
