Conversation Between EngineMapper @ Group B Motorsport and sssssteeeee

hi engine mapper, just a quick question. it seems strange to me but my impreza 2000 seems to like 97 ron , that is to say it has more go in general town use??? my car was mapped for v power last year, will running 97 ron cause long term problems? under boost? also noticed a ticking noise coming through speakers since using the 97 ron, is this effecting my ignition timming. the car has the normal mods to get to 340/350
