but when you look at the number of phones that use android, compared to the apple stuff, should it not stand to reason there would be more market share with android, hell you can go to tesco and buy an android phone for £40, not every one who want an iphone can afford them.

Looking at the curve it would indicate a steadily expanding user base and not a single model release spike.
