Default Anyone having issues with Win8 and Firefox?

I've just started using Windows 8 and noticed that the latest version of Firefox v22.0 isn't rendering webpages correctly, all the time.

It worked for a bit, then stopped displaying images, drop down menus, etc.

Cleared the cache and all was well for a couple of hours, then back to the same.

Anyone else had issues, found a fix?

Can I get the previous version from anywhere trustworthy?

Looks like I'll have to use IE for the time being grrrr!

Chrome doesn't work the way I want it to. Is there any other browsers I could try?

After much Googling...

It appears to be a Samsung issue

£1k of computer and you can't use the two most popular browsers!

Had the same prob ,was given this advice and it sorted out the prob

Upgrade your flash player and shock wave player. See if that sorts out the problem.
Also download the free Ccleaner, this will clear a lot of tempary Internet files that may be conflicting with what your running.

Safari?
How come it's a Samsung issue, something to do with an OEM build of Win 8 vs retail build of Win 8? Would a retail Win 8 build address the issue (obviously an additional cost but at least non OEM)
