Question

Thinking of placing a customer on high speed ADSL (8Mbps and 4Mbps options) or SHDSL (2 up / 2 down).

Site in Central London on an EasyNet exchange.

All sounds very good to me

Check that there is a proper SLA in place first.

as they're unbundled it should be out of the BT Goon Show's hands.

Now I may have mis-understood LLU but I thought that the unbundling just meant that third partys could rent the entire local loop from BT (so that they can offer any service they choose). BT would still "own" and maintain(?) the actual copper.

So not entirely out of BTs hands then ?

But sorry no actual experience.
