Not called Psygnosis anymore of course but thats what i remember them as.

Shame. I've got so many fond memories of wasting hours and hours playing games by Psygnosis on my Amiga!

I hope this turns out to be a positive thing. Maybe they will re-band as another outfit and go on to create multi-platform games.

Apart from their Amiga heydays (such find memories of those!) have Psygnosis done anything of note?

I've just looked, not while they were Studio Liverpool, no.
