with all pre orders of this game (pc) does it come with the Pre-Order Bonus Premiere Club Access?

am looking at this one, it shows a picture of it, but doesnt mention it. I think that this is going to be the first game that i have ever pre ordered as the first borderlands was soooo epic!!

also i wonder if there will be a willow tree modding thing like in the first borderlands where you could make and design your own guns?

 

i have also noticed that if you pre order it from gamestop you can get a borderlands 2 creature slaughter dome extra free. but im not sure if the UK is included in it, as it shows it on the US version of gamestop, but not the UK version??

No doubt it will have a huge amount of DLC, so i will probably wait for some kind of steam sale/ game of the year edition tbh.

Loved the first one, still have a few odd quests to complete on the Claptrap DLC but i`m all burned out on the game, sunk around 50 hours into the PC version and probably about the same amount on the xbox one
