Question XBOX 360 games - swaps?

Just finished :
COD MW3
Gears of War 3


Don't have Live so pointless doing the other missions...


Anybody got any swaps?

If you don't have live, why not just flash your box and play downloaded copies for free?

All you need is an unlocking kit, SATA card, SATA cable and a piece of software called Jungleflasher. Plenty of tuts on YouTube.

I did all that on my last xbox tbh. Want a "clean" one now as I have had live before and enjoyed it. Have no issue paying for games as i only buy (1) cheap & (2) the games I actually think are worth it!!

Can this be done on the latest 360 consoles?

I thinks it depends on the DVD drive, I wouldn't want to do it to a new box personally. My son has 2 XBoxes, one for offline play (copies) and the other (unflashed)for Live.
