Default Question about Outlook 2010

http://homepage.ntlworld.com/paul123...23/outlook.jpg

I am setting up Outlook 2010, as a upgrade from Windows mail. I have three NTL email addresses that i use. All three have been set up as POP3 accounts.

1. What is the Outlook data file, as arrowed. The three in red are my three email accounts.
2. Does anyone know a way of merging all the accounts together so i have one common inbox.

thanks
Paul.
