Anyone got one and can comment?

Basically it's the old man's birthday soon (he's 78 and not got a computer etc etc) and was thinking of getting him one. Two reasons 1) to replace the basic, cr*p photo-frame he's got and 2) so he can have more of his music to hand more easily (though got to check on 3.5mm socket. I've seen the small number of reviews on the interweb, most of which are fine, with just a couple saying 'it's sh!te' and was wondering if anyone here had one?

Don't want to spend a fortune as he may not spend too much time on it and he wouldn't use the 'fancy' features found on the more expensive tablets.

It's partly the size, partly the fact that I don't think the old man has EVER used a keyboard .... and also the fact that using a keyboard would probably be a little frustrating as he has Parkinsons, which affects his right arm (he's right handed ...). Oh, and he has fat fingers so he'd probably keep hitting 3 keys at once .... Actually, that's not a problem as he's just like the rest of us in that respect ...

I presume from that that he gets on OK with it?

Yep, thanks, got that from a few forums. Already sorted out the "rooting" needed to get it if I go this route ....
