itunes wont stop opening

since updating my iphone4 to iOS 5.itunes wont stop opening.i have had a go with wireless sync.but i've disabled it.i close itunes down but it just wont stop opening

any ideas

I had that problem and selecting each device and deselecting 'Open iTunes when connected' stopped it.

I was getting very frustrated.
