A quick bit of help needed please.

I pressed one of the keys on my keyboard by accident,and now all the writing on scoobynet has gone small,what have i done and how do i get it back???

zoom on the browser?
depends on what browser u use to swap back etc, holding ctrl whilst using the mouse wheel always use to happen to ppl at work by mistake to zoom in or out

ctrl-0 is the default for ie it seems
