nokia ovi map sat nav question

has anyone install the nokia ovi map sat nav on a nokia N95? do i need a simcard for data to use the turn-by-turn function or does it work on the N95?

If you install the newest version of Ovi maps there should be no need to use a data connection for directions. I've just installed it on my N86

Downloaded direct to my N86 using home wifi connection.

Works great, better than the original mapping that was on when Orange supplied me the phone!
