BTOpenworld have finally started to complain about me dialing up from numerous machines.... at once..

I've been doing this for months now, anyone else just been spammed by BT (I've had about 12 emails upto now) ?

They state this is in breach of their T&Cs... anyone had the contract cut ?

There are a lot of ISPs which are starting to apply their T&Cs. I would be careful because they will cut you off.

Why don't you just let one computer on the LAN dial, and just share the connection across the network ?
