Msn plus will keep a log of your msn messages...

tons of programs out there for msn though including ones that allow multiple msn screen names to be logged in at once. i have a copy....

Do you host your own message server, i.e, through Exchange?

alternatively get 007 starr, allows server and client side installs that logs ALL pc activitity, all key presses etc are logged and written to a text file, text file can be anywhere on the network and can even email the file to an off site location.

Is totally invisible to users (when you purchase, shareware version gives warning pop-up when pc boots).
Though if its in an office you might have to give a warning to say pc use is monitored...

This is exactly why the mojority of people block messenger. No trace. Company's who allow it are opening themselves to possible attack (said captain paranoid). If you're working for a company that allows it, then theres a 95% chance ther're a bunch of cowboys.
