FYI, i have heard today that Solaris 8 02/02 is available now, and will be the last release before Solaris 9 is made available.

Got a copy of Solaris 8 02/02 on Tuesday. Have not opened it yet but it comes in a bigger box!

 

I'm running Solaris 9 beta right now over there ->>

Goes on nice, but they appear to have removed the option to set up disc slices from the default install, and I'm buggered if I'm going to have /opt and /usr on the root partition. Some tinkering to do yet ....
