I've been having a tinker with the freebie version and I really need a book or something to have a read of.
Anyone got an recommendations? Are the 1 day taster session that VMware run any good?

I've got an ESX CBT which is very good.
Majority of it is a guy using an electronic white board but it is surprisingly useful.
