Hi all, have got my new blackberry bold

For those interested in it the interface / OS is the same as my 8800, however it is a lot nicer, quicker to use.

Anyway, I was hoping someone could assit withthe outlook sync (calling Markus )

I use it to sync to my work PC (have my own small business but no network), I use the T mobile add on blackberry package that transfers the messages via POP3. My email is from my web address ie. www.mybusiness.com

Now I only get messages on my blackberry when outlook isn't open. If outlook is open they just go to my inbox and to to the blackberry. I should add if outllok is closed then when I open I still emails then).

I have spoken to the tech bods at t mobile and they cant seem to come up with what is happening. I know other friends / contacts have the same problems and I also know people that dont have this issue.

I am guessing it is a filter setting or similar, probably on outlook. Can anyone help with this as it is quite frustrating!

For info I am running vista business on office 07.

sounds like you need to change the setting in outlook to "leave a copy of message on server"

This crossed my mind but for some reason I cant find this option in outlook 07, have gone over the tools - options menu but nothing
