Default Connecting stereo to PC

I wish to record some old tape packs onto my PC.
I have these connectors on the back of the stereo



and these connectors on the back of the PC



So what do i need to do this (cables and software)

Just a cable like this: Amazon.co.uk: 3.5mm Jack to 2 x RCA Phono Stereo Audio Cable 1m Lead: Electronics & Photo

Plus some software like Audacity: Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder

I use SoundForge: Sony Creative Software - Sound Forge 9 audio editing software & music editor - Free Download

Converted hundreds of old mix tapes to MP3

May sound dumb which one on the back of the PC do i connect it to (blue or green)?
