New laptop - No Email
I need help!
Just bought a new laptop and everything is fine except my email.
I have done the pop3 & smtp bit but upon opening windows mail i get the authorising bit in the bottom corner followed by an error message,
something along the lines of unrecognised user name. I have gone onto the Virgin media web site and logged on there no problem so my user name and passwords are ok.
My old laptop still logs on and from what i can tell by comparing each others settings they appear to be the same.
Any help appreciated.
