Was just going to say that a lot of the Advent laptops can be very good ones, as a lot/all of them are rebadged models.
I had a Advent L8400B, which I knew was an Asus 8400B before I bought it, which absolutely stonked along and was way ahead for it's time. Hi-Grade also sold them and got tons of awards back then.
Advent may have made some pretty dodgy pc's in their time, but the laptops that I have come across are pretty good!
Don't let the name put you off guys....
