Default BT internet..problems ?

I use btinternet.com as my service provider and although I can access the web, my e-mail has been down for over 12 hrs, no connection.
Any problems anywhere else ?

You use BT as for ISP .. btinernet.com is just a login for the email site.

Have you tried accessing it via webmail and pop ?

Sorry, you have already lost me !

All I usually do is click on the mail icon in the dock at the bottom of the screen and mail opens and connects. I use a macbook not a pc.

Thanks
