Trying to get my head round an unlocked 1.4 iPhone.

I currently have iTunes with my iTouch. If i add this unlocked phone to my iTunes to get my songs on it, will it try and do an automatic update??

If for whatever reason, the phone does an upgrade is there anyway of getting the phone unlocked again ??

You have to click a button to update or restore.

So as long as I dont upgrade it will be fine.

Will I be able to work off a wireless conection as well. Instead od using my vodafone account??
