Hi guys,
I hadnt played ps3 online for a while so i thought i would plug back in my cable, but when i went to check connection on my network settings on my ps3 it could not find a ip address, i went to the comp and it says it could not renew it,even after i had clicked the repair button.Any ideas

Is it connected to a router ? either way you may need to restart the device its plugged into !

Or, you could have set a static IP on the PS3.. I have no idea with PS3 but with a PC this would be a cause.. you dont have firewalls so its not that ...
