2 iPods from one iTunes?
I have recently brought a new iPod Classic and I have kept my gen 4 iPod for the car. Since getting the new ipod I have not connected the gen 4 to my Mac yet. So is it save to run 2 iPods from one iTunes music library?
Just a simple Yes/No will be just fine.
Many thanks
Darren

I run 2 off my PC, each device is named and it recognises each one. My 80Gb classic syncs everything, the wifes 4Gb Nano is set to only sync those items that are checked. I'm about to add a 4Gb iPhone to it as well (if it ever arrives) which I'll want a totally different set of music on to the wife, so that could prove interesting.

Simple and quick answer: Yes
As long as you make sure you manually manage the music on the iPods you won't have a problem as they won't auto sync.
