Default Ebay and posting to Germany?

I'm in he process of selling Deadrising on Ebay. A guy from Germany has sent me a message asking if I'll post to Germany. From what I understand this game has been banned in Germany. Could I get in any kind of trouble for 'selling' a banned game in Germany?

Thanks in advance.

Depends on what you put on the package on whats in it. They do inspect packages. I got caught out sending some dodgy stuff to Germany and got a letter from customs and in the end had declare that I had no further interest in the goods and essentially lost out.

Cheers, I'm not even sure if the game has been banned. Lookng at the buyer he has bought copies of the game before and he told me its just really hard to get hold of in Germany.
