it's a bit of a betamax thing..

The Lynx was the daddy... but unfortunatly was made by Atari and they ballsed up the marketing.

Game gear was better than the game boy technically but the Game Boy had its Joker card...

Tetris

Even though I had the Game Gear, looking back the Gameboy was the better one to have as the games were just so much better!

Best games on the GG was without a doubt Crystal Warriors and Streets of Rage - but Mario pis$ed over them both, although I wouldn't have admitted that at the time!

The colour screen was great tho, and that TV tuner was impressive too at the time!

lol, happy memories linked up gameboys and that horrible tetris sound that made your heart sink moments before your screen filled up with a million blocks

Game Gear was better due to being colour and featured a few Master System/Mega Drive games. Game Boy had Mario and Tetris though, which was impossible to put down!

Now the Game Boy Advance is superior to all, shame it came out far too late!
