Default Xbox live v Local profile

I have been playing my xbox for about a week now. My profile was local as I hadn't sorted out my wireless connection.

However I am now online and have created a new Xbov Live account - Gamer Tag - Pychanski. Got media streaming from my PC as well

Is it possible to transfer my local Game Achievements to my new Live account?

What you could of done is to rename your local gamertag, possibly it could be too late now.

Best bet is to drop a post on the xbox.com forum, the tech support guys usually respond pretty quickly.

MS messed up my account registration so i had to register a new name, they gave me 500points tho for the inconvience

Anyways, you could try changing your online gamertag name to match the offline one, then login from your 360 using the same email addy and password you use online, then if all works fine, change your gamertag back to Pychanski.

I'm not sure but i think they charge you for changing names tho?
