PHP / MySQL / Javascript Developer - Full Time - How much will I pay?
In Warwickshire.
I'm looking for a really keen, enthusiast, (works extra hours, and really motivated) full time developer to work on a number of web projects.
What you think I'd pay?
If you're a full time developer with comparible skills, maybe you'd PM me with your salary, or just post what you would expect it to pay?
I don't mind someone not being too experienced, as long as they are hugely reliable and keen. I'm looking for a really good bloke / girl.
Cheers
Simon

I know geography dictates the exact amount but where I work (Newcastle upon Tyne) the likely grade for a web developer with a few years experience would be in the £24-32K range.
LAMP salaries generally seem lower than Java/.NET guys.

Depends a lot on experience, i do that and what is said above is about right i'd say based on what I would expect to pay someone to help me out....
Need freelancers Simon? I'm the coding half of an agency working with an excellent designer. PM for more info...

To be honest, I've gone down the freelancers route and think I need someone dedicated. I have a lot of project in the offing and it would be a great job for someone as long as they're up for some hard graft and want to see mega results.
I want someone who's going to take a long term view, etc and really get stuck into everything, etc.
I've used freelancers a lot for short term projects, but I just have so many different things on the go, and quite a few end up getting left behind because I don't have the spare time to keep on top of the freelancers, etc.
