Is an Archos 604 Compatible with Car Stereo's ??
Got an Archos 604 and was wondering if I update my Car stereo can I use the Archos to play MP3's or even AVI (if stereo has TFT).
Looking around some of the stereoes some seem to have Line-In or USB. So would the Archos hook into this (adverts only talk about MP3 players and bloody iPods).

Yes, the Archos is an MP3 player, so it would work with any of the headunits with stereo line-ins on some level. If the headunit has a suitable video input then there is no reason why you can't use this aspect of the Archos too, the same as connecting a PS2, DVD player or any other video device.
Although, some headunits are specifically made to interface with iPods with additional functionality, so its unlikely that you'd get this with other MP3 players.
