Default Can't get scoobynet from home computer

For the last two weeks I've not been able to access scoobynet from my home laptop. Everytime I try it just says database error. I've tried refreshing but that doesn't help either. I have no probs viewing other sights.

Anybody shed some light on this please?

1) try using a different web browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer depending on what you already have installed.

If that does not work then it may be some issue with your ISP.

2) I expect that using a different browser will work. So its a case of clearing your cache, re-installing your browser (if possible), checking for spyware adware, and looking at your hosts file to make sure you are not being re-directed.

Thanks but I'll need some more help!

How do I install another browser?

How do I look at my hosts file?

Many thanks

If using IE then go to tool>internet options>delete temporary internet files

Also delete your history.

See if that helps. F5 clears the page cache when browsing.
