bloody hell 8 gb I thought the psp couldnt reconise anything more then that - I have a 2 x 2GB sony fakes which are rapid (no lag) and a sony 4gb fake (lags a bit) so 8 gb fakes will no doubt lag like hell

Wouldnt mind a real one but its just getting hold of one

I always thought that 4gb was the max on the current firmware 3.03+.

My mistake.
You still on Devhook? You should switch to the 3.10OE firmware. I was happy to used DH for ages, and only recently switched. Its much, much better.

Its easy to setup, see here MaxConsole Forums - 3.0X OE Guide . Not sure what you need to do, if you have written to the falsh with DH. I would imagine its OK, but don't quote me on that. I've never written to the flash before, but have read about it. You probably backed up the stuff you overwrit, so it may be a case of putting that back on.
Its well worth it though.

Well, you don't need devhook. So you scroll over to where devhook normally is, under games, and play the game straight from there. No loading devhook.
Your primary firmware is 3.10 OE (open edition), so that means all the extras you get with late firmware, are readily available; Net access, Camera attachment etc.
There is a recovery mode, so you can switch back to 1.50 anytime.
