Go to the folder with the music in it. Right click the folder and go to properties, sharing and enable sharing the file.

Go to next computer
Start
Run
Type
//computername
Search for folder and drag and drop as required

Sometimes the computer names doesn't resolve properly, so you can also up Internet Explorer (or Explorer) and type:

\\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

This should show the shared folders on that computer.

You might have to tick "File and Printer Sharing" in the Windows firewall on one or both computers as well if it is not already: -
Start
Control Panel
Security Centre
Windows Firewall

your network name on both computers will also need to be the same i.e. MSHOME or WORKGROUP etc
If you right click my computer/properties/computer name/change you can change the network name so that they both are the same.
Reboot is required.
