Could someone recommend a good (ideally free), mass email program.

I have approximately 2500 emails in listed .txt format to send, this is not spam, its the member list from my forum, but for some reason my website host has a limit on the number of emails that can be sent in one batch, so the forum software no longer works for mass emails.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
