RHEL... why would you?
Now don't flame me, I'm not saying Linux is rubbish or anything similar...
My main focus when looking at these things is:
- support'ability (ie quality service from the vendor of the s/w and h/w)
- 3rd party support (ie enterprise class apps from other vendors with good support)
- TCO
So far, I can't justify it on any count... IMHO.
So who else out there is trying RHEL at the moment?

We support it at work, but mainly for supporting process farms more efficiently as our software is very maths intensive. Our GUI isn't ported to it (yet) but there is the possibility that we will do a full port. We're already cross platform on Solaris and Windows so shouldn't be too much bother to port to Linux.
I've got Fedora Core 5 on my PC upstairs at home, dual boot with WinXP. I use it for a few things, but predominantly use WinXP still.
