Default Looking for a broadband connection !

I am looking for a connection but all seem to state that there is 10day install time !

Usually about that, all down to BT being so slow.

Cant recommend Eclipse enough, really really good. www.eclipse.net.uk.

If you sign up and mention me (ollie) i can get some money for it too - not related to me plugging them enough though! They really are good.

usually it is only upto that period of time. quite often it is quicker (only a few days though) dont forget that weekends aren't included in that timescale though (never used to be anyway) so theoretically it could be 2 weeks

Has the phone line already been activated for ADSL? Sometimes can speed things up if it is as you just have to swap provider, but can also slow things down (BT want to shut it down for the previous owner and then activate it again)

I took a £30pm mobile phone contract with Orange and then phoned them about their free broadband. Kit arrived two days later and was connect a week after that. Pretty quick and well within the 10 days quoted.
