After some help, currently have a wireless router and modem down stairs, i have laptop which i use around the house and a pc up stairs. Tonight on the pc the signal strength was getting very low and the internet wasnt running quickly, i decided to restart the computer as this has often cured the problem before. Once restarted the pc could not see the wireless card and said something about a hardware fault?? I tryed to reload the wireless software thinging this may help but it still cant see the card.

Any ideas
