design program
hi 'm after a program for my pc so i can take for example a pic of my scooby and mess around with colours, alloys spoilers and that sort of stuff , so any advice would be great

Any decent raster based photo retouching package with layers would be suitable: At the top end - Adobe Photoshop CS2 and at the lower end Corel Photopaint which still has most of the same features as photoshop.
Learn about layers first if you are modifying cars and all should go well.
