Hi All,

I know that some PDQ machines have issues when plugged into an ADSL line.

Does anyone know what these issues are caused by?? i.e. Frequenicies on the line???

We have customers that are using PDQ's on ADSL line without issues but one is having problems with his PDQ not working and when it does it shuts down the interweb connection.

The only thing I can find on google says that BT are looking into a problem with this and in particular the Racal Cardmate Series of PDQ's.

Any knowledge shared would be appreciated.

The PDQ's I have seen all just use a normal modem.

If the PDQ dials up and the net drops, you have a filter problem.

PDQ should be connected to the phone side of a filter.
