Will an Ebay bid be honoured if it's below the reserve price?
Or is it down to the person selling deciding whether or not to let it go below the price they want?
Genuine question - still an Ebay virgin to some extent!

yeh - just re-read the Q&A on ebay 
what confused me was that it said that the seller "is not obliged" to sell below the reserve. Doesn't mean that they won't.....
