basically have a amd 64 setup and bought a pcie x800 gto 256mb card from its the passively cooled card,

anyway system was on all day whilst at work , came home and was testing out some RAM for a m8

then suddenly

total corruption on screen coloured blocks etc etc

tried reseating and moving ram etc etc

whole system is goosed

is the card knackered

cannot understand why

Only way to be sure is to get hold of another card. It could be a RAM issue. Have you tried taking a Stick of RAM out at a time to check this first?
